Ford was able to come out to me for work which made it very convenient. Came in to investigate the possibility of trading in my 2019 f150 to upgrade to a newer model. Sebastian was very receptive and helpful in helping locate a truck that served my needs. He was knowledgeable , friendly and personable. By the end of the afternoon we struck deal !

I'd like to thank James del Bosque in the Commercial Department for taking care of my Ford Maverick. Although my truck couldn't be driven when it was towed in, I was not charged for a repair since it was a sensor reset issue. He also completed a software update which I hadn't even mentioned, and had the car washed to a sparkling condition. I would like to award James and Cavender Grande Ford an A+ for honesty, since I wouldn't have known otherwise, had they charged me. Thanks, James.

Not the best experience at this dealership. Communication was a problem from the beginning to the end. Also, salesman acted like they were doing us a favor in selling us a vehicle. Hope this feedback helps the dealership make changes so other customers have a better experience.

Upon my arrival for my early morning oil change, staff was friendly and welcoming. They kept me well informed on the progression of my vehicle and they even threw in a complimentary free car wash.

I was an out of town client. Nick worked extremely hard to get me a deal I was happy with. Cavender ford made it worth it to me to make the drive to make the purchase. Only small thing I had was that there was a small amount of residue on a back light from what I assume came from when they put in the spray in bed liner as well as a very small edge of window tint not being covered. Very professional team and quality dealership. They sold me my Bronco and have answered all my questions from initially looking for a vehicle and talking prices, as well as helping me with any of my maintenance concerns. Everything was great from start to finish. I was running behind about 15 minutes from the scheduled time to be there yet that did not delay my service at all. I went for an oil change and tire rotation, they had my vehicle out in about 30 minutes tops!

Superior support and communications with my service advisor, technicians were able to complete my service in less than a day and I was able to pick up my RV a day earlier than anticipated.

I had a great experience at Grande Ford. Even though the wait was longer than expected, the team kept communicating with me throughout the process and worked hard to help get me into a new car.
