Highly recommend! I’ve purchased two F-250 Platinums here and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The team is super helpful, prices are great, and you know you’re getting a solid deal. If you go, make sure to ask for Yahaira in sales she’s amazing and will work her magic to get you taken care of. Very happy customer and I'll definitely be buying my next truck here.

I received GREAT service from Kaitlin Egdorf at Cavender Grande Ford. I took my car there for service and she really took care of me! Came in on Saturday, had to drive a good amount for the used vehicle i wanted. They scheduled me 30 minutes before closing to test drive the vehicle, as Darius, my sales representative, wanted to make sure everything was good to my liking, and that since it was a big investment for a first time buyer. He just wanted to make sure I was comfortable, and as I am a mechanic, he even updated me with the service department of the vehicle getting a new alternator. And sent over the car fax after I asked about more detail into the vehicles history. I got there pretty late, later than I should have, but that I 35 traffic is alwaus something else. After we introduced each other and Darius even let me inspect the vehicle, all angles, even under the hood and allowing me to go underneath the vehicle to check everything was sound or anything I could fix myself I could, so long as it was safe enough to drive over a 3 hour and some change drive. Darius was also very respectable and the finance manager, Ty, went way above and beyond helping me and being patient as I had issues with my insurance provider! Over the phone, jacob the sales manager, as I was on my way to the dealership, explained what the loan payment and the apr would be and worked with me to get a good loan at a good rate, well as good as you can get on a used car thats as old as the one I was looking at. Thanks for that guys! As a veteran also, I was glad to see Ty had a challenge coin on his desk, and also Darius had/has friends in branches of the service, who also has a profound respect for prior and active service members, and didn't feel as if he was another car salesman. I have a lot of respect for businesses and their team to go above what they should "just be doing/bear minimum". Ty, the Finance Manager, even walked and answered my questions very detailed on loan payments, and not getting a prepayment penalty, and how the certain loan worked. Again thanks to all of the guys that helped me and being extremely patient with my mishaps and allowing me to connect with another business that actually likes to work with us service members!

Was quick an easy to set up appointment for mobile service. Signed up for an oil change. Mobile service should up on time and complete the service. Mobile mechanic explained what he was going to do and came back to tell me what was needed after the oil change was done. I would recommend this service if you can’t make it to the dealership.

I recently experienced some severe car trouble, and as a single mom, unexpected vehicle issues are especially stressful. I bought an older Ford Escape at an affordable price, but without having two key fobs, several of the features I wanted to set up were impossible to access. On a whim, I drove to Cavender Grande Ford. Since I recently suffered a crushed left leg and had my service dog with me, I parked in the shade right near the service entrance for easier access. As I got out of the vehicle, I saw an employee in a blue shirt. I called out to him, and as he turned, I noticed from his name tag that he worked in sales. I explained that I had just bought the Escape and had been trying to figure out how to retrieve the keyless entry code. He knew exactly what I was talking about and told me he would be right back. In less than a minute, Matt returned with a handheld diagnostic tool, plugged it into my car, and immediately went to work. He didn't brush me off with "I'm in sales," make me book a future service appointment, or redirect me to someone else. Instead, he solved the problem right then and there. Matt, you were truly stellar. I wish every sales professional showed your level of dedication, kindness, and courtesy. Thank you for taking the time to help me and for explaining everything so thoroughly. You have turned me into a proud "Ford Lady" and earned a loyal, lifetime customer. Thank you!

It was amazing working with Steven and Austin! They were able to get me into the perfect car fitting my budget! William our salesman did a phenomenal job. We were looking at 3 Bronco's from 3 different dealerships, and William's customer service was definitely the differentiator. I am a little late with this review but would like to give a shout out to William Overby, a man of his word that sold me a special edition Bronco that I could not find locally. The deal was so good that I was expecting something to go wrong when I got there. My local dealer who was trying unsuccessfully to find me one told me the deal was too good to be true and to be careful. William picked me up at the airport, took me to their unbelievably magnificent showroom / service center and had me out of there in no time with exactly zero hassle or problem. Very rare at a car dealer as you may know. Anyhow, I would not hesitate to once again fly across the country to buy from this guy. And no, he did not ask me to post this or even know that I am. He just deserves the credit that he has earned.

The trade -in value was good for a 2025 CX90 with 7k miles. The detail department needs some improvement on how to prep, wipe , and finalize the exterior paint on cars and trucks being delivered to customers however I do think that will improve after speaking to the general manager Chris on the phone I can't say enough about my overall positive experience at Cavender Ford .
