Scheduling a service appt was fast, service was great. 3 stars because 1. Had to bring my truck a second time because they didn’t finish the computer upgrade (and somehow didn’t notice this) and 2. Did not tighten my lug nuts after rotating my tires. Discovered this after leaving and feeling my truck shake on deceleration. I could tighten them with my hands. HUGE safety oversight. They sent a mobile guy out to tighten them and apologized. Service recovery could have stepped it up a bit- perhaps a refund for service or credit for future work.
Had a scheduled appointment, showed up they scanned my truck. Walked me to their work station. They explained what they were working on and the approximate cost. Got me a Uber to take me to work. 3 hours later called me to tell me work was done and that a Ford employee was headed my way. Oh and!!!! They wash my truck for me!
I came in to have recall issue taken care of. They did good. I had a 7am appointment and the system was down. I sat from 7am to 11am before anyone told me the system was down.
Very friendly sales and communicative service staff! Brought my pre-owned '25 Mustang Mach-E (which was purchased from them in April of this year) in for a service/repair under warranty and Kaitlin did an amazing job of keeping me updated throughout the service process as the work for my vehicle ended up being rather complex. They were quick to offer to set me up with a loaner vehicle (which I declined at first), but when I needed a loaner after all, they were able to get me in one through the remainder of the time my vehicle was in for service. ... Kitzia Medal is a 10/10 employee at this location. She assisted my dad and was super smooth in transitioning to assisting me. She goes above and beyond any sales consultant I've ever encountered, without being intrusive, rude, or demanding. Definitely deserves talking to if you're interested in purchasing a Ford. I made Cavender Grande Ford my preferred dealership on the website/app due to her honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism. Ty and Julian were also pleasant to work with and helpful. Didn't feel pushed to purchase or do anything, actually was provided very honest info and assistance.

Review for RV services done 7/28/26. This facility is NEW! They moved from IH-10. Very nice & clean facility. It has its own RV/Commercial service area. Matt McCrary was very helpful over the phone & when I arrived. He came out to meet me, took care of my concerns regarding the RV tire pressures & current condition. Also done a complimentary inspection where he recommended replacing a secondary battery & air filter. All in all, it was a great experience, considering I was welcomed to come in without appointment. I will definitely be back! 👍🏼 for Matt!

I’ve only lived in SA for about a year now but there’s no other dealership I’d rather go to. Kaleb was the best he knows his vehicles and is a great resource. He’s not pushy at all but he explains everything so you can make an informed decision and he’s honest.
